What we're looking for...

• Love for Animals: Must be comfortable playing and watching dogs play in groups, cleaning up after dogs, attention to detail regarding their care. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment in a team setting with a positive attitude!

Our most important role is to ensure our clients (dogs) are happy and safe while in our care!

Duties Include, Not Limited To:

• To observe animal appearance and activity for general physical condition, obvious signs of illness, disease and discontent.
• To thoroughly clean and disinfect all areas of the facility as often as is necessary.
• To take charge and/or handle animals as required and to restrain hard to control animals.
• Greet clients and check dogs in and out of the facility, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure the well-being of guests by feeding them according to dietary needs and providing general care.
• Take dogs for walks and conduct supervised play sessions with groups of dogs, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
• Monitor each guest to ensure they have clean water and comfortable bedding at all times.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dishes, laundry, and general tidying.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their pets.
• Keep detailed records of each guest's care, including feeding schedules, health concerns, and any behavioral observations.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the facility.
